Hansel Character Modelling Timelapse
I am using the the Maya keybing presets. Some of the keybindings are custom.
This is not a step by step tutorial so dont try to follow this step by step as I made a few mistakes then went back and fixed them. It is meant more to show my general techniques and work-flow.
For character modelling I usually block out shapes, sculpt them and then retoplogize. I find it a lot easier to worry about the shape and form of the character first and worry about the topology later.
